That portion of the road known as United States route number thirty, running in an easterly and westerly direction between state route number five hundred ninety-eight and state route number sixty-one, shall be known as the "Pfc. David C. Armstrong Memorial Highway." The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
