Oakley C. Collins Memorial Bridge

The bridge that will span the Ohio river in Lawrence county and will replace the existing bridge known as the Ironton-Russell bridge, and that has a final completion date during calendar year 2016, shall be known as the "Oakley C. Collins Memorial Bridge."The director of transportation may erect suitable markers upon the bridge or its approaches indicating its name.
