That portion of state route sixty-six located in Auglaize county and running in a northerly and southerly direction between state route one hundred nineteen and state route two hundred seventy-four, shall be known as the "Kenneth Jutte-John Garman memorial highway.The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
