In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known as state route number four, commencing at the intersection of that route and West Crescentville road and proceeding in a northerly direction to the intersection of that route and Muhlhauser road within the municipal corporation of Fairfield only, shall be known as the "PFC Timothy J. Hines, Jr. Memorial Highway." The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
