That portion of the road known as state route number one hundred forty-seven, running in a northeasterly and southwesterly direction in Noble county only, shall be known as the "Navy Diver 1st Class James E. Reyher Memorial Highway."The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
