The eastbound and westbound lanes of state route number seven hundred ninety-five between the intersection of that route and Simmons road and the intersection of that route and Tracy road, in Wood county, shall be known as the "Lt Col Thomas P. Belkofer Memorial Highway." The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
