In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the westbound and eastbound lanes of state route number two hundred eighty-three between east two hundred fiftieth street and Eastbrook drive, in Cuyahoga county, shall be known as the "SPC Connor Wilson-Reichert Memorial Highway."
