In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as state route number sixty-two, commencing at the intersection of that route and southwest boulevard and proceeding in a southwesterly direction to the intersection of that route and Kingston avenue in Franklin county, shall be known as the "Lance Cpl. Eric J. Bernholtz Memorial Highway." The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
