That portion of the road known as interstate route number seventy, running in an easterly and westerly direction, commencing at the intersection of that road and Wilson road and extending to the intersection of that road and Hague Avenue within the municipal corporation of Columbus only, shall be known as the "Sgt. Jesse Balthaser U.S.M.C. Memorial Highway." The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
