That portion of the road known as state route number seven, commencing at the eastern boundary of the municipal corporation of Wellsville and proceeding in an easterly direction to the western boundary of the municipal corporation of East Liverpool, within Columbiana county only, shall be known as the "Corporal William F. Bratt Memorial Highway." The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
