In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of state route number five hundred fifty-four, between state route number one hundred sixty and Roush Hollow road, in Gallia county, shall be known as the "Pharmacist's Mate Third Class Willard L.
