The bridge spanning the Blanchard river, known as the Findlay Main Street Bridge, that is located within the municipal corporation of Findlay in Hancock county and that is part of state route number thirty-seven, shall be known as the "Lt. Col. Ralph D. Cole Memorial Bridge."The director of transportation may erect suitable markers upon the bridge or its approaches indicating its name.
