Penalty

(A) Whoever violates section 742.043 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars for each day of the violation. (B) Whoever violates division (B) of section 742.043 of the Revised Code shall be imprisoned for not more than six months or fined not more than five thousand dollars, or both.
