Menstrual products in public buildings

(A) As used in this section: (1) "Government entity" means a state agency, public institution, political subdivision, or any other organized body, office, agency, institution, or entity established by the laws of this state for the exercise of any function of government. (2) "Public building" means any building owned or occupied by a government entity. (B) No government entity shall place menstrual products in the men's restroom of a public building.
