(A) The director of agriculture shall maintain a database of both of the following: (1) Until January 1, 2014, the name and address of each person that possesses a dangerous wild animal and registers the animal under section 935.04 of the Revised Code;(2) On and after January 1, 2014, the name and address of each person that has applied for and been issued a permit under this chapter.(B) The director shall allow the directors of health and natural resources to have access to the database.
