(A) A captive whitetail deer licensee shall have monitored captive deer, captive deer with status, and captive deer with certified chronic wasting disease status in the licensee's herd tested for disease in accordance with rules. (B) A captive whitetail deer licensee shall provide the results of all testing required under this section to the director of agriculture.
