In recognition of Peace Officers Memorial Day, direct that appropriate steps be taken to fly all American flags and Oklahoma flags on State property at half-staff until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, to honor Federal, State, and local officers killed or disabled in the line of duty.

Hereby order all state agencies that develop any policy pursuant to Senate Bill 198 make the policy apply to all agency employees and limit it only to employee conduct while in their capacity as a state employee, on state time, and using state resources.
