Administrative hearing for suspension or revocation of

license – Civil penalties. A. Any mobile food vendor who has been notified of a possible suspension or revocation of his or her state license may request an administrative hearing in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act and rules promulgated by the State Commissioner of Health. B. The State Department of Health may issue civil penalties to a person who operates as a mobile food vendor without a license, with a suspended license, or after a license is revoked.
