Construction of act

A. This act shall not be construed to require a local authority to adopt a program regulating mobile food vendors or to modify its existing program regulating mobile food vendors; provided, the regulations do not conflict with this act. B. This act shall not be construed to impede the State Department of Health or local authority in any investigation of a reported foodborne illness. Added by Laws 2025, c. 19, § 6, eff. Nov. 1, 2025.
