"Military surplus vehicle collector" means the owner of one or more military surplus vehicles who acquires, collects, purchases,
trades, or disposes of such vehicles or parts thereof for such person's own use in order to restore, preserve, and maintain such vehicle or vehicles for historic interest. Added by Laws 2022, c. 214, § 2, eff. Nov. 1, 2022.
