Motorized wheelchair. A motorized wheelchair is any self-propelled vehicle, designed for and used by a person with a disability, that is incapable of a speed in excess of eight (8) miles per hour. Added by Laws 2003, c. 411, § 8, eff. Nov. 1, 2003.
