A. Nursing home personnel shall notify clergy of the faith of a patient, upon the impending death of the patient, when practicable. B. The State Department of Health shall not use the provisions of subsection A of this section for any purpose relating to inspections or investigations. Added by Laws 2008, c. 281, § 1, eff.
