Successor owners as eligible employers for participation

in Public Employees Retirement System. The successor public owners of Oklahoma General Hospital, or its successor hospitals, shall be considered "eligible employers" for the purpose of participation in the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System in the same manner as county hospitals.
