Short title - Oklahoma Unborn Child Protection from

Dismemberment Abortion Act. This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Oklahoma Unborn Child Protection from Dismemberment Abortion Act". Added by Laws 2015, c. 59, § 1, eff. Nov. 1, 2015. NOTE: The conditional repeal of this section by Laws 2021, c. 308, § 12, was itself repealed by Laws 2022, c. 133, § 2, emerg. eff. April 29, 2022.
