Transportation network companies shall maintain: 1. Individual trip records for at least two (2) years from the date each trip was provided; and
2. TNC driver records at least until the two-year anniversary of the date on which a TNC driver's activation on the TNC digital network has ended. Added by Laws 2015, c. 279, § 15, eff. July 1, 2015.
