Compensation of receiver

The Department of Human Services shall have a lien against the owner of the agency for any such reimbursements made during the receivership under the same terms, procedures, and conditions as provided for long-term care facilities pursuant to Section 1-1914.2 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The court shall set the compensation of the receiver in accordance with other receiverships generally. Added by Laws 1997, c. 407, § 17, eff. Nov. 1, 1997.
