Fixing of fees - Schedule

The Oklahoma Water Resources Board shall prepare and charge a schedule of reasonable fees for services rendered. The fee for the annual groundwater permit administration for the submittal of water use reports shall not exceed Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) per permit. The Board may assess a late fee not to exceed Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) for annual groundwater use reports filed after the due date. Added by Laws 1972, c. 253, § 4.
