Use of monies for security and collateral for

investment certificates. Monies appropriated to the Statewide Water Development Revolving Fund for the purpose of flood hazard mitigation, in addition to such purpose, may be used by the Oklahoma Water Resources Board for security and collateral for investment certificates issued by the Board pursuant to Section 16 of this act.
