The provisions of this act shall be supplementary to other provisions of law. Rules of the Oklahoma Water Resources Board relating to dams which were promulgated prior to the effective date of this act shall remain effective until amended. Added by Laws 1992, c. 185, § 12, eff. July 1, 1992.
