The board of trustees shall meet regularly at least monthly at such times as it may prescribe by ordinance or otherwise. Special meetings may be called by the mayor or: 1. Any two trustees where the board has three members; or 2. Any three trustees where the board has five members. Laws 1977, c. 256, § 12-107, eff. July 1, 1978.
