Short title - County Campaign Finance and Financial

Disclosure Act. Sections 138.11 through 138.19 of this title shall be the provisions of the Local Government Campaign Finance and Financial Disclosure Act applicable to counties and shall be known as the “County Campaign Finance and Financial Disclosure Act”.
