Federal write-in absentee ballot

A covered voter may use a federal write-in absentee ballot to vote for all offices and ballot measures in an election described in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Section 3 of this act. Added by Laws 2011, c. 340, § 11, eff. Nov. 1, 2011.
