insurance. The Legislature finds that motor vehicle financial protection products shall not be insurance. All motor vehicle financial protection products issued prior to and after the effective date of this act shall not be construed as insurance. Added by Laws 2022, c. 16, § 6, eff. Nov. 1, 2022.
