Advertising

An administrator shall obtain approval from an insurer or trust before publishing any advertising pertaining to the business underwritten by the insurer or trust. For purposes of this section, "publication" includes mailing of advertising material. Added by Laws 1983, c. 89, § 6, eff. Nov. 1, 1983.
