County free fair association - Conversion and

establishment to association subject to §§ 15-66 through 15-78 of this title. In each county in this state in which there has been established a county free fair association pursuant to the provisions of Sections 15-51 through 15-64 of this title, the board of directors of such fair association may, by resolution, convert and establish such association into a fair association of the same name which is subject to the provisions of Sections 15-66 through 15-78 of this title.
