Any audit including but not limited to a financial statement audit performed by the State Auditor and Inspector's Office or an
independent licensed public accountant on the funds, accounts, vouchers and books and fiscal affairs of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation shall include an audit of the petty cash fund created pursuant to the provisions of the section detailing the various items of receipts and expenditures of the fund.
