False absentee ballot application

Any person who knowingly executes a false application for an absentee ballot shall be deemed guilty of a Class D1 felony offense. Added by Laws 2010, c. 176, § 4, eff. Jan. 1, 2011. Amended by Laws 2025, c. 486, § 481, eff. Jan. 1, 2026.
