Conduct of general municipal elections

The laws applicable to general elections shall govern general municipal elections except as otherwise provided. Municipal elected officials, including those from wards as well as at large, shall be elected at large by the registered voters of the entire municipality. Laws 1977, c. 256, § 16-104, eff.
