Memorial Highway. State Highway 20 between the municipal limits of Pryor and Salina shall be designated as the "PFC John Reese, Jr. Medal of Honor/Purple Heart Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed on the highway bearing that name.
