The bridge crossing over Coal Creek on U.S. Highway 59 north of Panama in LeFlore County shall be designated as the "SGT Billy Rodgers Memorial Bridge". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge.
