The bridge over Walnut Creek on State Highway 24, east of the town of Washington in McClain County, shall be designated as the "SSGT Jerry Michael Chitwood Memorial Bridge". The Department of
Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge. Added by Laws 2022, c. 356, § 17, eff. Nov. 1, 2022.
