The bridge located on N.E. 16th Street crossing over Interstate 35 in Oklahoma City shall be designated as the “Lecia Swain-Ross Memorial Bridge”. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed on the bridge bearing that name. Added by Laws 2011, c. 220, § 3, emerg. eff. May 11, 2011.
