Beginning and ending point of authorized turnpikes

When a turnpike has been authorized by law to begin at a point and end at a point, it is hereby authorized to begin in the vicinity of said point and end in the vicinity of such other point as described. Laws 1968, c. 280, § 2, emerg. eff. May 2, 1968; Laws 1973, c. 225, § 2, operative Oct. 1, 1973.
