Reimbursement of license fees

The Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs may pay fees for employees to maintain licenses and certification required to provide quality care and maintain accreditation at Department institutions. The Department may require repayment of such fees pursuant to paragraph 2 of Section 2 of this act. Added by Laws 2013, c. 211, § 3, eff. Nov. 1, 2013.
