Private security training schools - Certificate of

approval - Application - Renewal - Fee. Beginning July 1, 1990, private schools desiring to conduct any or all phases of private security training shall submit an application for a certificate of approval to the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training. The application shall be accompanied by a fee of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00). The certificate shall be renewed annually by July 1. The renewal fee shall be Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00). If the school does not qualify for a certificate or renewal certificate, CLEET shall retain twenty percent (20%) of the fee as a processing fee and refund the balance to the school.
