Federal census controlling as to population

The population of each county, or service-load factor, shall be determined from the announced population of counties of Oklahoma based on the Federal Decennial Census. No other census however authorized shall have any effect insofar as this act is concerned. Added by Laws 1959, p. 96, § 3.
