Reimbursement for traveling expenses

Each county officer or his deputy shall be entitled to reimbursement for all traveling expenses incurred in the performance of official duties. All expenses shall be paid upon sworn itemized claims. Added by Laws 1979, c. 221, § 3, emerg. eff. May 30, 1979.
