The Counseling Compact is hereby enacted into law and the Governor shall enter into a compact on behalf of the State of Oklahoma with any jurisdiction legally joined therein, in the form substantially as set forth in Section 2 of this act. Added by Laws 2023, c. 123, § 2, eff. Nov. 1, 2023.
