"Upland game" is all game that does not normally live near water, and includes only squirrels, rabbits, quail, pheasant, partridge, grouse, prairie chicken, wild turkey, deer, elk and antelope. Laws 1974, c. 17, § 2-145, emerg. eff. April 8, 1974.
