63 O.S. § 2-430

A person subject to liability under this act has a right of action for contribution against another person subject to liability under the Drug Dealer Liability Act. Contribution may be enforced either in the original action or by a separate action brought for that purpose. A plaintiff may seek recovery in accordance with this act and existing law against a person whom a defendant has asserted a right of contribution. Added by Laws 1994, c. 179, § 10, eff. Sept. 1, 1994.
